9.0The apartment was very clean and comfortable and in a good location, for my requirements, with a supermarket very close. Three pools give you amazing options.
− I think the electricity allowance is not that great. We were not in the apartment with much electricity being used, no cooking yet we went through the allowance by some way. Also pool beds and chairs could use upgrading most are damaged.
Fantastic holiday, just a few basic issues above which owner could easily sort.
9.0An excellent apartment and kept in immaculate condition. We were also granted an early check in and late check out, which was perfect.
− Only one set of keys…. Which is very restrictive when travelling as a family. It means you all have to coordinate your plans as to when you leave and return to accommodation, a fob is required to enter grounds. For a minimal cost the owner should supply 2 sets of keys. Also the owner charges a surcharge for electricity used. We were allowed 80KW allowance for 3 day visit, despite only being in accommodation to sleep we were charged an extra 20 euros. Also no hot water at all over our entire stay, despite the owner being informed, we got a reply telling us boiler needs to be drained before we can get hot water????? Just a few points the owner should rectify….
