4.0No tenía desayuno incluído. Para desayunar, solo tenía un microondas más pequeño que los platos, entonces los platos no cabían en el microondas. Éramos dos huéspedes y sólo había una taza. No había vasos. Sólo tenían un juego de cubiertos. Pese a que reclamé, jamás me trajeron tazas, vasos ni cubiertos para dos personas. La pequeña heladera tenía el congelador lleno de hielo. Por tanto, no sólo no pudimos utilizar el congelador, sino que además el abundante hielo quitaba espacio e impedía que cupieran dos botellas. Lamentable.
− Que me cobraron un fee de US 180 por un servicio de playa que, cuando quisimos utilizarlo, no tenían toallas en la playa, las reposeras estaban sucias y a las 16.30 horas nos levantaron de las mismas porque cerraban a esa hora, sin ningún aviso previo. También me cobraron 29 US + tax diario por el espacio de estacionamiento. El edificio tiene 2 ascensores para 33 pisos y alrededor de 20 habitaciones por piso. Ergo, la espera para utilizar el ascensor era de 15 o más minutos. Cuando quise utilizar la computadora para huéspedes, no pude utilizar windows porque no estaba instalado. Un desastre!

− Miros puternic de iarbă la intrarea in cladire (fumau si angajatii), pe holuri, miros care intra in camera.
