Great house and location but needs attention asap!
7.0the location to the beach was remarkable. dealing with rental property was smooth and the company contracted to provide beach chairs etc was on point.
− The property has so much potential however it has to be given some love. The pillows and things need to be replaced. The outdoor patio patios did not have comfortable furniture that you would want to sit outside. The walls needed paint. There were steps on the internal stairs that need to be accessed and replaced … it said two rolls with every bathroom and we only had the one roll for each bathroom that we started with. Pillows on the couch and furniture could use refresh … just so much potential if someone would pay attention to the property.

Isle of Palms is our new favorite beach, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!
9.0Beautiful home and fantastic location! Only a few small glitches needing attention/repair, but nothing major. We couldn’t have asked for a better rental representative than Alec with Deserving Vacations. He was kind, helpful and prompt in responding to any questions or concerns we had.
