9.0Great location near main strip but far enough away to be quiet. Newly renovated with great interior and landscaping. Very clean and functional

10.0Located in a very quiet neighborhood that was just several blocks walking distance to restaurants and shops. The entire unit was in immaculate condition throughout. Everything needed in kitchen including dishwasher. Nice supply of toiletries in bathroom. Property had a laundry room available at no additional cost. Hot tub was clean and very well kept, lock code provided to unlock cover. Outdoor fire pit area was very nice to relax at after long day of sightseeing. The host communication was very informative. We had no issues at all during our staty. I will definitely look to book this unit again if I am able to make it back to Moab to spend more time.
− Everything was excellent. 10 am check out for us slow pokes was a challenge and we made the cleaning lady late by a few minutes while we got our luggage out but she was very nice about it.
