Technological Barbarity and Emptiness

The apartment is nice, great even, but that's about it. It's a new place, very well equipped (dishwasher, laundry, quality appliances, nicely furnished...), spacious and pleasant bathroom, quite stylish overall and with a fantastic terrace in particular. And it's very clean. Also well located, on a quiet but handy street. But that's where it ends.

− Check-in is a technological barbarity. They might leave you waiting outside in 35-degree heat and won't let you in even five minutes early, just because "check-in is at 3pm!" (even if the apartment is ready, empty, and no one is working inside, you just won't get the code from the Vikey app, and the host won't give it to you either). After the borderline-inhuman check-in, you'll find a pretty apartment, but an empty one. Literally. If you need anything, you'll have to buy it yourself: toilet paper, kitchen paper, hand soap, shower gel (they leave a single 20ml sachet for 4 days), dish soap (one dishwasher tablet), laundry detergent, coffee (two capsules), trash bags (one tiny bag). Say something and they’ll bring you *one* roll of toilet paper 24 hours later. But hey, if you’re not staying at Casa Teodolinda but you're nearby, go eat at I Fiulöt. They'll take the bitterness of that check-in right off your soul. Great ragazzos there!

It was a comfortable place to stay, and despite the downsides, we would choose it again if we return.

‏We stayed here for 24 nights as a couple. ‏Pros: ‏ • The location is excellent and well-connected. ‏ • The suite looked exactly like the photos — modern, warm, quiet, and very comfortable. ‏ • All appliances and equipment worked perfectly. ‏Cons: ‏ • Supplies such as detergent, trash bags, and coffee for the coffee machine were only enough for one night. ‏ • The bed was a sofa bed, which was quite noisy and not very comfortable. ‏ • The bathroom drain didn’t work properly, and water would accumulate in the shower. ‏ • The window couldn’t be fully opened, so we couldn’t really use the balcony. ‏ • There was no cleaning service throughout our stay. ‏ • I messaged the host, but they responded only after several days, and the issues we raised were not resolved. ‏

The apartment was very spacious and clean but the host was rude and disrespectful

− The automated system to enter the building using the mobile was not working for two days in a row and were left outside of the building after midnight for half an hour each time, ringing bells of random apartments in order to be able to enter the building. According to the host “what was he supposed to do on a Sunday when nobody is working?” Completely unacceptable treatment of guests and very rude replies from the host…. He was supposed to leave keys so that we could use them but upon arriving no keys were found in the locker since other guests that were locked out too had them…. Completely unacceptable behaviour and disrespect to their guests….

The host immediately replied to any email, vey friendly. The flat was nice and in good condition, all extras were there: iron, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hair dryer... Wifi worked perfectly. THere is also a nice terrace with a nice view!
