I highly recommend not to rent this place.
1.0− Property stink like sewage and mold. The smell was so strong that we couldn’t stand for a minutes we returned the key and never stayed. Still fighting for our refund. They never give you full description of the property. They gave us basement apartment and never described.
It was priced fairly but got what we paid for.

− Could be cleaner Could do with a lick of paint and someone to answer the phone. We were late booking and didn't think we would gain access as nobody answered the phone

Very nice for larger groups
8.0Loads of bedrooms, enough bathrooms for a larger group. Furniture is new. Appartement is lower street level but with loads of lights. Well equipped Kitchen.
− It is a bit on the pricey side so ideal for 3-4 couples that travel together. The floors need renovation and small signs of wear on the walls. Read the small print before booking It so you are not surprised. Besides Booking platform, you will need to register yourself in a portal from smarthost and provide a refundable deposit via. PayPal /creditcard. This is good for the owner 😁 as you will make sure not to break anything, but I was not aware when I booked, so a bit taken back at first. All went well, no problems with the refund.
