− The property wasn’t clean. In particular the kitchen sink was so dirty that when I first wiped it, the cloth was black. It took 3 scrubbings with Bartenders Friend to be able to see the stainless steel. The entire kitchen, while it looked good, upon a closer inspection, it was not. Some of the fixtures in the kitchen were loose. The bedding was very dusty downstairs and we had to wash them after a couple of days. It seemed that there was a lot of deferred maintenance and it is starting to show. During the day the road traffic, loud, made it difficult to be outside.

10.0We loved the location and access to the lake! The amount of space allowed everyone to have more than enough room. The home is spacious and beautiful! Awesome hot tub and having two different family rooms made it ideal for families. It was a very comfortable setting. We loved access to both St. Joseph and South Haven.
− We had an amazing time. There were a couple of minor issues regarding the fans and the basement shower temperature, but everything was beautiful and nothing impeded our stay.
Lake Path Beach House is a must!!
