Property is good, but next door little wind bell noise very bad at night

We had a lovely stay, the neighbourhood was a little noisy, but that is out of the owners hands.
8.0The house was presented beautifully, however we could have benefited with instructions on how to use the TV, the oven and the wifi.
− Basics such as cooking oil and dishwashing liquid etc could have been supplied

− Both front gates broken Pool not clean pool needs some fixing around edges ect Yard overgrown and hedges ect Leaking Aircon in lounge room Bed in main room bolts needs to be tightened up Dusty Aircon filters Ned's proper cleaning Remote to tv and aircon remote backs missing Nice place can be way better with a good cleaner, and yard maintenance person
