7.0Appartement en rez de jardin avec une petite cour. Un beau salon bien décoré, 2 chambres, 1 salle de bain et 1 salle de douche (+ Wc). Entrée pratique pour déposer les affaires à l'arrivée. Présence de supérettes à proximité immédiate et arrêt de bus à 50 m (attention bus londoniens sont très lents), métro à 15 minutes à pied.
− il n'y a pas de canapé lit comme indiqué dans la réservation, mais un simple canapé: la proprio a proposé de faire dormir notre 3e enfant sur le canapé. Ce n'est pas un vrai matelas. une photo annonce 80m2: cela est vrai si on comptabilise le jardin extérieur. Le ménage devrait être mieux réalisé (exemple : toiles d'araignée importantes sur les fenêtres). Il manque un store occultant dans la 2e chambre (sur la courette), il y a beaucoup de lumière le matin.

London vibe basement apartment near Westfield.
9.0Lovely bright comfortable London style Apartment in W10 zone 2. Its in between Ladbroke Grove and Portobello Road. Although a basement property it has a garden patio behind. You can still view the front.area outside so its not dark or claustrophobic. It has all the facilities of a home. Landlady Ms Deborah is very accomodating. Cleaner takes good care of the house too. There is a No 7 bus nearby that takes you to Marble Arch which is convenient. Westfield is 10 mins by car. if by bus need to walk a bit out to the bus stop for No 220 bus. Extra sofa bed outside is convenient but need a mattress topper. Can get groceries at nearby shops ie Tesco and local shops.
− Mattress in rooms can be better but will do for sleep. Noisy top floor neighbours.playing loud music late at night.
