A bit of disappointment 😞
3.0The unfinished apartment was within close proximity of a nice park with a dog park.
− The property was unfinished and needed repairs. The grass was over grown, the drywall finish on the kitchen ceiling was falling off in medium to large sized pieces due to moisture penatration. The ceiling in the bathroom was doing the same. The vantiny in the bathroom was missing as well. When communicating this to the host he ignored my messages. This property is not close to downtown and unfortunately was not as advertised. The host took no initiative to propose a solution or show any empathy. Booking dot Com was not helpful in resolving the issue. They offered $11.63 refund. The issue was resolved with my credit card company using buyers protection.
Needed a place at the very last minute and got exactly what I was looking for!
10.0The owner of the property, Seth, was awesome! As soon as I booked the apartment I sent him a text message and within seconds, he had already replied back and given me all check-in instructions and that is a first! Very prompt and on top of things. The apartment was very clean, had lots of room, and was just absolutely awesome. You can't beat the price either for a apartment like that in Cincinnati. Highly recommend!!
