− the facilities were less than good. 1 single air-conditioning unit didnt do anything.kitchen facilities poor overall will not book again

The location was the only good thing

− This Airbnb was the only downside of our holiday. The room was extremely filthy. The house clearly hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped, within the first 30 minutes, my toddler’s feet were black with dirt. We had to wash his feet immediately and put socks on him, which now need to be thrown away as they cannot be cleaned. The bathroom was also not cleaned; there was visible pubic hair left behind by previous guests. The blanket smelled unpleasant, and there was rubbish left inside the kitchen cupboards. I genuinely cannot understand how this place has an 8.3 rating. The only positive aspect was the location. Don’t be fooled by the photos, this place does not look like what is advertised. Also there was someone else dirty socks left in the lounge room. And blinds missing, so people could see in. I have more photos unfortunately it allows me to upload 4 photos

Clean and tiddy apartment, located in a quiet area closed to Parramatta and Westmead.

− Kitchen need equipment

Great location and parking, but the apartment felt stark and under-equipped compared to the photos and description.

Loved the location of this apartment and the parking was great! The apartment was spacious and clean.

− I was disappointed that the apartment didn’t match the photos, especially given the description of a “luxurious, comfortable stay.” In reality, it felt quite stark and lacking in home comforts — no cushions on the beds or sofa, very few kitchen items, and only two of everything (cutlery, cups, etc.). Staying for three nights meant we were constantly washing up.
