9.0Fantastic house and perfect for our family. Sleeps four couples comfortably. Hot tub and sauna were great. Kitchen was well appointed. Nice linens provided. Ample heating for chilly nights. Short drive to town and close to lovely walks. We would definitely return!
The best weekend away.
10.0The heater was turned on for us for arrival. The kitchen/lounge/dining area was so spacious. Alot of quality kitchen appliances to work with and labels for cupboards was a nice touch. Massive island bench was perfect for cooking at the house. All the rooms were really nice (usually not all rolms a great), super comfortable beds and pillows (sually thats a miss in accommodations), electric blankets and open cabinetry was just perfect. Even the lighting in the hallway, the huge bathroom and beautiful bathtub. Then all the views from every window were stunning. Good space to have for dogs and even better space with the front deck having a sauna and spa. Loved it so much.
− Minor things. That there was only 1 tea towel (there should be minimum 3 in my opinion), there isn't a broom, vacuum or mop thats accessible if we want to clean anything up. The sauna power wasn't too strong.

10.0Family of 8 for Christmas and all loved the size, layout and location to Yarra Valley.
− Happy with everything. Maybe didn't stay long enough.
Travelled as 6 adults and 2 kids. Had a great time and house was large enough to accommodate our group.
8.0Great property with pretty outlook from the large windows. Open plan living. Outdoor hot tub is perfect to relax in. Location is a few min drive into Warburton town and only 10mins drive from some nice walks.
− Not many pots/pans in the kitchen and outdoor space was a bit run down
