Everything was above our expectations! The rating of the property was quite low when we booked but we felt like the place would give us the warmth of home and that's what happened.

− Everything, avoid this place, we when arrived every was a mess, the property looked like someone broke in. We left and they refuse to give refund. Avoid at all costs!

Lovely location - especially when the weather is good. Apartment was easy to find - keys easy to find and the hosts were available on what's app if there was any problems. Apartment was clean and comfortable and very central to restraunts and bars in Swansea. Close to the leisure centre and town centre also - as well as the railway station which we made use of . Very quiet and relaxing in the Marina . There are plenty of supermarkets close by as well as a small convenience store in the Marina itself. The Bay is on your dorrstep - about a five minute walk and on a sunny evening walking along the sand was blissful. We did not cook at all in the apartment during our stay but there were planty of dishes/ utensils/ pots and pans available if you choose to do so as well as a dishwasher/ microwave/ refrigirator and freezer. The Pump House and The Anchor were two of our favourite places to eat and the Swigg Bar was great for some music and a few drinks in the sun. Beds are very comfortable and there are many throws and blankets available for chilly evenings. Decor is really nice. The large sofa was ideal for us all to sit on and plenty of choice of TV stations - Netflix and Amazon prime available to watch. Plenty of clean towels provided. There are also cleaning items available if you want to brush/ hoover the floors - although I know this might not worry everyone - but I like to keep anywhere I stay clean so i would give the floors a quick brush every morning. There is a parking space available for you but this was used when we arrived. A resident told us to park in another space and we were able to speak to the caretaker the next day and were given an alternative space. Residents are really friendly and always happy to help. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as there are three flights of stairs to get to the apartment. I would return.
