Great experience overall with the apartment and staff!
9.0Great location for my purpose, the street and area around were quiet and nice. Staff were friendly and very responsive. Parking was easy. The apartment was great and clean. It serves its purpose of a 2br apartment. Highly recommended if you want a place for family and your pets!
It was ok but not great.
5.0The location was great. Safe area, close to northeastern campus and great running path in the area.
− The couch needs to be replaced and is very uncomfortable to even sit on. One of the front windows was broken and the temperature in the apartment was so hot no matter what we did. We had to have windows cracked to cool it down but the noise from the train made it so hard to sleep. We also experienced trouble with the toilet.

− The communication with host was difficult. They forgot about the parking booking. They insulted me in taking the crystall ball from their apartment and that I did not leave the money for parking that I left on the table. They continued to buzz me with a phone calls and messages to figure out where are the things.
