− Avevo il check in dalle 15 in poi, ho fatto un viaggio di 6 ore per vedermi 2 ore con la mia compagna e quando sono arrivato in struttura e ho chiesto la combinazione della cassetta per prendere le chiavi, mi hanno risposto con il link per pagare i 3 euro della tassa di soggiorno, saldata anche questa ho richiesto il codice e solo dopo aver mandato la ricevuta del pagamento dei 3 euro mi hanno risposto che la struttura non era pronta e avrei dovuto attendere un paio di ore(praticamente le uniche che avevo a disposizione con la mia compagna perché alle 17 doveva andare al lavoro) assistenza clienti pessima. Ho contattato booking (mezz'ora in attesa ogni volta) e mi hanno detto che la struttura avrebbe voluto farmi una proposta(che non ho potuto visionare perché avevo l'accesso bloccato) ho scritto di nuovo a booking e alla struttura e ancora non ricevo risposta. P.s. sono riuscito ad accedere alla struttura solo quando sono arrivate le operatrici a pulire lo schifo che c'era.
