The flat was very clean. Everything had been thought through down to the smallest detail. Having air conditioning was a huge plus, as the sun shines straight through the window at sunset. There’s a lovely view of the city and the sunset.

A very comfortable, accommodating and local stay with an amazing view.

The apartment was exactly the way it looked in the pictures, but it was also better than I expected. Access to a drier and the apartment was very modern. Was not expecting air-conditioning for the apartment which helped against the extreme heat.

− Nothing that is the cult of the property owner, but I noticed a racial slur written on the wall next to the elevator. Not sure if it was there before I arrived or after I was seen in the building. Although the view was very nice, the shades for the balcony door started to fall out of his holder, exposing the room to the sun making the apartment pretty warm

Spectacular Views, and an Apartment to Match

What stood out most was the spectacular view, which immediately made the apartment feel special. The kitchen was exceptionally well thought out and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including cooking essentials such as oil, pepper, quality cookware, and a fully stocked coffee station. The modern appliances and intelligent kitchen layout made preparing meals both easy and enjoyable. The bedrooms were comfortable and provided an excellent night's sleep, while the bathroom featured a spacious shower with outstanding water pressure. Entertainment was equally impressive, with a large television and a wide selection of viewing options available. Small details throughout the apartment reflected a level of hospitality that is increasingly rare. Finding a complimentary beer waiting in the refrigerator was a simple but memorable gesture that made us feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, this was an outstanding stay. The combination of comfort, thoughtful amenities, and attention to detail exceeded expectations, and I would gladly choose this property again on a future visit.

− I liked everything. The property was exceptionally well maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped throughout. If I were to suggest one minor enhancement, it would be the addition of a lounge chair or reclining seat on the balcony. Given the beautiful views, it would create an even more inviting space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Other than that, the experience was excellent.

Loved my stay and would highly recommend to anyone who is traveling in the area

Es war alles wirklich perfekt! Es gibt alles an Ausstattung, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Die Aussicht habe ich sehr genossen und generel habe ich mich während dieser Woche sehr wohl gefühlt. Auf jeden fall für längere Aufenthalte bestens geeignet.
