10.0這裡很安靜，房間很乾淨，步行五分鐘內有賣場跟超市。 整個check in系統簡單易懂，很適合不擅長與人互動的旅客。 這次入住是五個人，空間足夠，四個人睡房間一個人做客廳。 如果要住六個人，沙發床可能比較適合兩個小朋友睡。 大樓有兩個門，有販賣機的入口是靠近停車位的門。

8.0海が見えロケーション良く、内装もリゾート感が出ていてデザイナーを入れて気遣いある内装設計だと感じた。インテリアも良くくつろげた。 鍵の開閉はすべてアプリだったので非常に楽だった。（一番はじめは慣れない事なので戸惑ったが） 駐車場も1台確保されていて便利だった。
− 入った瞬間、利用感のある独特な匂いを感じた。 全然的には清潔感があるように感じたが 寝室のシート（玄関入って左側の部屋）の枕もとに染みがあったので清潔感的に気になった。 エアコンのクリーニングが行き来届いてないように感じた。（特に寝室）。
