We had a wonderful 3 nights stay at this fabulous house. Everything you could think you would need was provided and more. You can tell you are staying in a well loved and looked after home. We would absolutely recommend to anyone. Thank you for letting us start our holiday in your beautiful home.

Very clean & updated. Comfy beds, plenty of towels & linens. Wonderful well made furniture covers for pets. Dog bed, dog bowls. Wonderful little fenced backyard with a garden and fire pit & barbecue grill.

− To many note’s everywhere. Many things are pretty self explanatory. Notes literally everywhere. Pillows pretty overstuffed and firm, but they had extra pillows that were perfect.

Would stay again. Met a friend from Seattle, I'm in Portland, so was a good meet up point.

Location is easy to find and in quiet, non-busy area. Home was exceptionally clean. Our little dog was secure. House well equipped. When the sun's out, the top balcony is wonderful.

− Have to drive to beach (but we knew that ahead of time). Only one restaurant in PB.

Great home, great price, great location for my Olympic trip

This is absolutely the cleanest property I've rented! It is very close to the beach (ocean views and can hear it with the windows open, walk to it in 5 mins). This home offered a lot more than other vacation homes I've stayed at -- plenty of kitchen items, great outdoor spaces (the apples were just starting to bloom!), plenty of bath items and basic cooking ingredients. And everything was well cared for and higher quality -- I haven't seen that very often in rentals. Whenever I visit Olympic, I stay at vacation rentals so I don't have to drive all the way back same day -- this was one of the better ones. I'll be back for sure!

− Nothing negative to note. Would I have liked for it to be right on the sand, yes -- but I wasn't willing to pay for a property like that. This home was a great alternative -- very close to the ocean with views, and with more to offer and in better shape than most beach fronts I've rented in the past. It was worth the short walk.

The beach house was quite nice. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked (great spice cabinet!), the living spaces (and bedrooms) were pleasant, the fenced back yard was handy for our dog. All three beds in the three bedrooms had comfortable mattresses -- not always true in a rental place. As advertised, a nice beach was just a quick drive away. For those who are wondering, it is possible to walk to the beach in 5-10 minutes, but you have to go down a fairly steep beach access road which needs repairs and has no sidewalk or trails.

− Our interaction with the property managers, R&R Bed and Breakfast, was a total bummer. We stayed at Sunkissed in February when it was cold and wet - it even snowed a bit. The first night we were all cold because the beds had only light, summer-weight coverings, and the thermostats were behind lock boxes. The only extra coverings we could find were two twin-sized summer "blankets" (more like flannel sheets) and some waterproof throws for protecting beds and furniture from pets. When we called/emailed the next morning, the managers turned up the heat a couple of degrees. I thanked them for this but said I thought we still needed some real blankets; they maintained that the pet protection throws were "heavyweight blankets." When I demurred, they suggested we could drive to the Aberdeen Walmart and buy some blankets! It gets worse. After we left, we received a message that the property managers were withholding $150 from our $500 security deposit to cover extra cleaning costs -- over and above the $170 cleaning fee built into the charges -- totaling over $300 in cleaning charges! They explained this in a very unpleasant email that accused us of treating them and the property with "disdain" by tracking in sand beyond what "any reasonable person" would do and "dragging our feet" on the floor! They said they were reporting us to the rental platform as bad renters, which may well blackball us from future rentals. For the record, we generally left our shoes by the door (there was no mud room). I'm sure we and our Golden Retriever did track some sand in -- it is, after all, a beach rental. We've rented beach cottages many times over the 35+ years we've lived in the Pacific Northwest and never encountered such criticism. I hope it wasn't retaliation for complaining about the lack of blankets. Consider yourself warned.

Super tolles Haus. Hier kann man sich nur wohl fühlen. Mega Ausstattung hier wurde an alles gedacht. Sehr schöne Einrichtung. 5 Minuten zum Strand. Liegt an einer Anhöhe. Also Berg runter und wieder hoch. Sonst gibt es hier nicht viel.

− Man braucht das Auto. Zu Fuss wenig Möglichkeiten. Keine Stadt. Nur ein paar Häuser.
