10.0Exceptional! Really lives up to all the positive reviews. Great attention to detail - for example fire ready for us, charging for phone, milk in fridge and outstanding info booklet. As others have said a very friendly welcome, very clean, comfortable and plenty of room for a couple. Up there with the best booking.com places we have stayed. Would return without hesitation. Thanks.

10.0Lovely location, especially if you are visiting Bath or a wedding at the nearby Folley Farm Centre. Very clean with everything you need. Steve Eric and Breeze were fantastic hosts really friendly and always on hand to help.
