A great house for stays of up to 10 people.
10.0We met here for a pre Christmas gathering of old friends. A lovely comfortable property with plenty of parking. 2 cars on drive but lots of space on nearby roads. We visited in December and the house was really warm. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped and the layout was great for us. We would happily return.

9.0This accommodation is in a quiet and respectful residential area, just a 4-minute drive from West Wittering Beach. It's very clean, practical, and has all the necessary equipment with modern amenities. Checking in was easy, and communication was smooth.
− The only downside was the hot tub. It's listed as a feature, but it's not included in the accommodation rental price. After making the booking, I got a link for hot tub payment if we were intending on using it, which meant to cover the hottub cleaning cost. It would have been better if this was mentioned in the advertised description or even better if the hot tub fee was already included in the rental price.
