Having the extra space is great compared to the hotel room option as we have a 9yr old and 13 yr old now who need their own space. Having the buggy included in the price is gold. Offered a 12pm late checkout and that was really handy for our 1.30pm flight!

− Everything needs an update and cleanliness wasn’t great. There were stains on the doona and just having the sheet above and below revealed this. The cutlery was not cleaned properly by the last guest. There were what looked like boogers on the wall in the kids bedroom. Buggy is overdue for a service and needs it, LHS front wheel area making a clicking noise

Great quiet location on the hill with sunsets views but only a 5 minute buggy ride to the beach and restaurants. Comfy beds and couches. Big tv. Plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances.

− Could have done with handwash and basic pantry items.

Great place overall, comfortable beds, nice view, good location, super friendly staff and fantastic kitchen appliances.

− The photos on the page had a different and much better balcony and view. There was no pool, when I booked the place they had photos of a pool on the property, that was an unpleasant surprise.

Nice but probs not worth the higher price.

The staff for Airport transfers were the friendliest and most helpful staff we have ever come across

− The unit was extremely dated and Kitchen equipment was either rusty or chipped. Knife block was disgusting and could not use any of them.

Great stay, would highly recommend and would stay again.

Great location. Everything you need included - transfer to and from airport, buggy, full kitchen and laundry. Comfortable beds! Late check out provided without asking which saved us a lot of hassle!

Staff were friendly and welcoming, Buggy was very useful, the apartments were very quiet and easily accessible in a good location. Came with a microwave, airfryer and a good fridge. The rooms and living room all came with a working TV, cleaning equipment and snorkelling equipment was also provided in the apartment. Main bedroom had a phone charging platform provided in the room on either side.

− The upstairs 2nd bedroom air-conditioner wasn't working, it turned on just never got cool. Some of the plates were slightly chipped on the edges, not a big deal but noticeable when cleaning. Several dents/holes around the apartment which isn't really an issue just didn't look great. Shower door/curtain was missing so water would spray the bathroom whenever you took a shower. Cabinet was damaged from the water damage and the drain cover was very dirty. There was a working smoke alarm downstairs but missing from upstairs. The location advertised a pool but upon arrival the pool was actually destroyed/renovating? Not sure but there was no pool. WiFi was okay sometimes dropped out but worked fine for the most part. Balcony and rear area were a bit unclean but it's leaves from the surrounding trees.
