− Um dos chuveiros estava quebrado. Microondas não funcionante. Apenas uma das panelas compatível com fogão de indução. Torradeira malfuncionante, liberando muita fumaça. Colchões em péssimo estado. Não forneceram fob para abrir a porta externa do prédio.

− In de vuilnisbak zaten allemaal haren en plukken stof. De vaatwasser was stuk, er zat nog water in en dat stonk heel erg. We hebben 3 dagen zonder electra gezeten, dus komden het eten en drinken niet koel en goed houden. En hier staat haast geen compensatie tegenover.
