We had a great and enjoyable holiday, especially finding a very nice restaurant Don Rafa.

The area was quiet except for one day, next door apartment kept hammering on wall till past 10 o'clock at night. Bedrooms were good sizes, two shower rooms, though one is a bit small. Nice airconditioned living room which could extend to the dining area. The apartment was close to almost everything, restaurants, shops, convenience stores or grocery shops, bus stops and Deiland Shopping Centre,

− No airconditionings in bedrooms.

Best accommodation we have stayed in so far in Playa Honda, hot water a bit of an issue but would stay again .

Property is ideal for a small family who want to spend most of their time on the beach - a short walk away. Good Eurospar supermarket 5 mins walk or large shopping centre (Deiland) 10 mins walk. Good local fruit & vegetable shop close by. Kitchen was well equipped although no matching wine glasses. Good, spacious refrigerator. TV has Netflix and also Disney for children. The neighbourhood is quiet. Despite proximity to airport, the noise of aircraft taking off was minimal and not a problem. No flights at night. Beds comfortable - we slept well. Good wifi signal upstairs and downstairs. Playa Honda is a good base for exploring the island.

− We arrived late in the evening and were very disappointed that there was no welcome pack - no water, no milk, no bread, no fruit. There was no paper guide to the locality and no instructions about where to find the wifi codes (out of sight, high up on a shelf). Parking: Be prepared to park 100-200 metres from the property - especially if you arrive after 17:00hrs when workers have returned home. For first time visitors with a car - check the one way system that operates in Playa Honda. I did not like the fact that I had to chase the host to get my deposit returned. Everything else was fine.

Nice but could be nicer.

The beds were comfortable

− The second shower is too small for a normal sized adult to use. There could be more pillows provided. One of the couches needs to be cleaned. There are insufficient bed side lamps.

Property is in a quiet residential street in the mainly Spanish town of Playa Honda, the streets are narrow and parking can be a pain as most residents ave a designated parking bay outside their homes. The town itself is full of bars and restaurants tucked away in small side streets, being off the tourist trail most places are more geared to Spanish customers. In some places they have no English, in the waterfront bars they are more flexible in the language. There are no places, that we found, that offer the traditional British brekfast and 1 euro pints, so if this is what you are looking for look further south. Overall a fine relaxing area shops and supermarkets all within walking distance and fairly quiet

− Nothing really, the house is well equiped and has a host of childrens games and seats.

Casa bien situada en una calle bastante tranquila, encontramos casi siempre parking,puedes ir andando a la playa . La cocina está bien equipada y se ve nueva, aunque nosotros no la utilizamos, tenía de todo.

− Me gustó, por lo tanto la recomiendo,el anfitrión que se encarga de la casa estuvo siempre contestando por wassap nuestras preguntas.
