L’emplacement, la jolie vue, le nombre de chambres, la réactivité de Rosa.
− La venue de menuisiers qui ont travaillé toute la journée avec scie sauteuse dans le garage au sous sol jusqu’à 19h30. Pas d’aspirateur. Une salle de bain n’était pas accessible à cause de travaux. Le chauffage qui ne fonctionnait pas le premier soir malgré la venue du chauffagiste dans la journée (réglé ensuite).
