10.0L’appartamento è super carino e accogliente…. Perfetto per una vacanza…. Il terrazzo molto grande esattamente fedele alla foto. Se dovessi tornare ad Ostia sicuramente vorrò tornare in questa casetta. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e ben servito.

10.0Piccolo ma funzionale, c'è tutto quello che necessita. Terrazzo meraviglioso anche per prendere il sole nel lettino con l'ombra fornita da un ombrellone. Arredato con gusto. I due condizionatori d'aria sono necessari per tenere la temperatura ottimale. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. La zona tranquilla, residenziale e silenziosa ma vicinissima sia al mare che al centro.

10.0Klimananlage in jedem Zimmer! WLAN super. Parken war immer möglich. Gute Lage zwischen Strand und Bahnhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett.
− Die Terrasse ist super aber man könnte etwas beim Sonnenschutz und Sichtschutz machen. Kleinigkeiten, die vermeidbar sind (Wasserdruck in der Dusche) - auf der Terasse gab es den vollen Druck am Wasserhahn. Ich bin mir sicher, dass die Jungs noch einiges verbessern werden!
