8.0Top Lage, Einkaufen und Bushaltestelle fast vor der Tür. Schöner Balkon mit schönem Ausblick in die umliegenden Gärten. Fahrstuhl im Haus, eigener Parkplatz vorhanden. Super sauber. Bequemes Bett, angenehme Dusche, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.
− Sitzgelegenheiten: Die runden Stühle im Wohnbereich sind nicht kippsicher, daher Sturzgefahr. Die Stühle auf dem Balkon sind im Rückenbereich stark gewölbt weißen eine minimale Armlehne von einem dünnen Stahlgestell auf und sind daher sehr unbequem. Unserer Meinung nach, gehören die vorhandenen Sitzgelegenheiten ausgetauscht. Eine Erwähnung in der Beschreibung, dass eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine vor Ort ist, wäre schön, denn das ist nicht jedermanns Sache.

− Consiglierei di aggiungere nella dotazione un ulteriore paio di asciugamani e almeno un paio di scorte di carta igienica e carta da cucina. Suggerisco inoltre di sostituire la spugnetta da cucina per i piatti
