− Staff that works the property is the worse type of people you want in the customer service division. Poor communication and people skills, very rude and disrespectful. And no one’s on the same page.

10.0They stay was very cozy and welcoming. The view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous. I spent a lot of time sitting out there. The unit itself was nice. All essential items to feel comfortable during the stay.
− The restaurants below and on the strip my family did not like any of them. They were underwhelming and overpriced. Most restaurants were not open and signed said otherwise. We had to find locals to inform the best to eat. No sense of urgency. There was not water show as advertised.
Despite that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would consider returning — just be prepared for a bit of a wait during busy
10.0We had a great stay at Lake Town Wharf Condos for my son’s 17th birthday trip! The condo was very spacious and easily accommodated our group of 4 teenagers and 2 adults. It was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the view — absolutely beautiful beach views from the balcony! The location is also a huge plus — it’s conveniently close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops.
− The only downside was the parking and elevator setup. To reach our unit on the 16th floor, we had to take an elevator from the parking garage, then go up a flight of stairs to access the main elevators. During peak times, we waited 10–20 minutes (sometimes even longer) just to catch an elevator due to the high number of guests.

10.0I love the fact that the employer was on everything meaning wristbands in every entrance that they had someone checking wristbands the safety of our kids. I love the fact that everything was all in one spot I didn't have to get in my car at all. I love the surroundings. I love the fact that they had plenty for the kids to do. With that being said I will book again.
