Comfy bed although small, we are used to king size, we liked the little extras, like dogTreats for the pooches or if you were taking kids there were some sweeties and a popcorn machine, it was located quite close to the sea but I had expected it to be closer to the sea glass beach, due to the name.

− No air con or even a fan …so it was way too hot to sleep, we are nearing retirement age and so would never use a hot tub with a camera on us even if it is just for “safety” it have been better with a king size bed rather than a standard double, didn’t like the smell of the air fresheners in bedrooms, shower leaked, would have been great to have upstairs loo, WiFi was switched off around an hour before we were due to check out and so it felt Like we were hurried out, I do feel it was over priced so don’t think we will return.

− The pictures look great and the Hotel reference makes you think this is the experience you are going to get especially given price Unfortunately its not There is no mention of the bathroom been downstairs which was a problem for us Towels certainly not Hotel Quality Black & covered in bleach stains Carpets dirty And room at back had something soft on walls looked like damp or growth Also no sea views from garden basically its the horizon line and definitely not a garden

Clean comfortable and close to the sea

− The only thing we missed was there were no fans.Due to the recent hot weather it would have been nice to have them .Luckily we took some with us .The bedrooms were very warm.Another toilet would also be better .But yes we would return

Location Brilliant kitchen, well equipped

− Bathroom is downstairs which didn’t cause us any real problems but just a personal preference for an upstairs one. There were only 2 of us but one bathroom for 6 occupants might feel tight.

Would definitely recommend.

Lovely, clean property with everything you need to make your stay welcoming. Spacious rooms and use of hot tub a nice bonus. Location perfect for a base, and within easy reach for local attractions.

A very clean and pleasant property. Thoughtful touches throughout. Also, always a parking space outside which was a huge help.

− Not having a toilet upstairs. We did know this when booking and so not a problem.
