10.0Absolutely outstanding property. So much space internally which was quite unexpected in such close proximity to the city centre. The pictures do not convey just how big it is. Immaculately clean and tidy throughout. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Would certainly stay here again without a doubt.

Great location. In need of a deep clean.
6.0The location and size of the property were excellent.
− It was dirty. The bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned properly for many visits. I have photos of how bad it was. I cleaned it before using. The kitchen floor was dirty. I didn’t clean it. Crockery was chipped. Cutlery was poor quality and wobbly. All in all it wasn’t up to scratch.

9.0Exceptional communication from the host. Perfect location to suit a wide range of needs. Property was beautiful!! Exactly like the images. Masses of room with a very homely feel. TVs all worked perfectly fine. Facilities to cater to anything you could need. We paid for an additional birthday set up which was done beautifully and added that extra touch checking in! Check in process was flawless. Internet was brilliant. There is on street parking although it is expensive. We found George Street Multi storey was ideal though, less than 5 minutes walk away and only £3 for 24 hours. Would definitely recommend a stay here if ever in Hull.
