An excellent stay, would come again without hesitation
9.0Furnished and equipped to an excellent standard, the property had everything you would need. Superb location for the town centre, yet on a quiet street away from bars and cafes. Warm, clean and very comfortable indeed.
− Check in process was cumbersome having to go to a separate address to collect keys; traffic in Leamington made this a time consuming process and could have been better with lock box? Parking was good but permit could have been improved by online process beforehand. Luckily there were spaces close by. Breakfast off site is perhaps unnecessary and cost could be reduced with option not to partake. We didn’t go for the offsite breakfast as the traffic would have meant a less easy morning. No rebate was offered.

Modest Townhouse close to main attractions.
7.0Well laid out, bedrooms in basement, first floor and top floor. Nice bathroom.
− No air conditioning through out. We had to get fans. TV did not work as control needed batteries, should have been checked.
