5.0Muy buenas ubicación se puede bajar andando a la playa y tiene super mercados cerca.Los dormitorios muy bien distribuidos y tiene de todo la cocina para cocinar .
− Que no tenga aire acondicionado para las habitaciones y en el salón ,creo que es indispensable más en los meses de julio y agosto cuando hay oleadas de calor y más de 50% de humedad , sentía que me asfixiaba cuando intentaba descansar ,irme de vacaciones y no poder descansar es un punto negativo a mí experiencia en este departamento y en gandia . Tampoco tiene wifi no es irrelevante pero para mí es otro punto negativo ya que no podía poner la tele 🤷🏼

1.0Nothing, horrible customer service, they have some absurd rules like keeping the A/C remote in the office even after we paid the fee, so we didn’t have air conditioning and we had to go to another hotel to sleep.
− Arrived after office closed. Paid for the fee to receive the keys but they had the remotes in the office until next day, crazy reasoning. The apartment is advertised with terrace but not all have it. They don’t have wifi for the most part, crazy to see this in Europe in this century. The apartment was in very poor condition, we had a big fight and were able to change the apartment.

− Las instrucciones antiguas, aíre acondicionado no enfría bien y solo una aire acondicionado para todo el apartamento....

7.0No estaba muy lejos de la playa,la piscina bien y los servicios en general buenos.Localizacion tranquila y con servicio cercanos.
− La lavadora era muy vieja y no logramos entenderla porque ponía el programa que ella quería,los colchones no muy cómodos

− No tiene equipamiento la cocina. No tiene pava eléctrica o algo para calentar el agua. Y la atención del personal es muy mala
