− Isoin miinus parkkeerausmahdollisuuden puuttuminen. Lisäksi tiedoissa oli, että parkkihallin maksu on 10e/vrk, mutta se olikin 20e/vrk.

10.0Asunto sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla ja seutu/talo on rauhallinen. Auton pysäköinnin saa alle 200m etäisyydeltä. Asunto on hyvin varusteltu, kaikki tarpeellinen löytyy. Erityismaininnan ansaitsee kommunikointi asunnon omistajan suunnalta.
