1.0− Didn't even know we were coming. Nothing was ready. We waited around for an hour just trying to get a hold of owner. I texted several times before the day we came per booking.com. we didn't have owners number until I kept calling Booking.com. Electricity wasn't turned on, WE had to plug it in, hook up the hose for water. Inside, the fridge took HOURS to get cold and our food was ruined. Half the outlets didn't work and there was no air conditioning. Her solution was a dirty old fan in the basement of her house. I was swollen up from being so hot. My daughter was in the bedroom and because there was no working outlets, she couldn't sleep well. The owner said we could go in the house for the barhroom, but I wasnt about to go there in the middle of the night. We ended up leaving, not even staying but one night. A miserable experience. The toilet wouldn't flush, either. The decent thing to do would be to refund us...

2.0The place did not appear in pictures. I could not take a shower because stuff was stored in there . The toilet was not clean . It was just a lot of junk everywhere
