8.0Scott was great, went out of his way to explain everything and give directions etc. it was a clean uncluttered room, and being on the ground floor no stairs yay. Also pretty quiet for London.

9.0Lovely, clean room and flat. Bed is comfortable and great value for money. Although on the main road, it's really quiet at night

− The curtains didn't block any light which isn't great for tge Summertime with really early sunrise.
