7.0Good view of sea and harbour. Spacious accommodation. Good shower. Comfy beds.
− Stairs very step and fire doors very heavy so be aware if you have mobility concerns Showing signs of wear in places - table legs wobbly, odd plates and glasses. Not the normal curtesy tea, coffee etc usually find with properties. Very musty / earthy smell in stairs and corridor- ventilation is poor. Waste / bin emptying instructions did not reflect what was at the property.
For the price of our first stay it could have been better and cleaner. Our second accommodation upstairs was better clea
7.0Spacious and adequate cooking utensils
− Walls dirty, and very dusty corners and wall edges. Microwave/kitchen bin/washing machine smelled very bad. Not a good range of kitchen cooking utensils: such as no knife, baking parchments, or basic salt and pepper, cutting boards/kettle over used. No cleaning supplies available for bathroom. No iron.

− Some of the fixtures and fittings were a bit poor quality e.g. breakfast bar and seat, wardrobe, kitchen tap and to be honest we were wary of using them in case they broke. Being on a busy road a bit noisy but probably the price you pay for being so central and near a major junction.

4.0Location is very central for exploring Lowestoft
− Low quality furnishings giving a cheap look. Also limited kitchen utensils/pans/crockery. These were increased after requesting more but with knives that fell apart when used. On one of the evenings the entry lock broke, locking us out. The emergency staff were helpful although it did take a while to be fixed. We wouldn't stay again.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details by providing an ID and taking a selfie. There is a small processing fee for the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable accidental damage waiver.
As a policy, we do not normally accept guests under 21 years old. If you are under 21 and still wish to stay, a refundable deposit of five hundred British Pounds will be required, and the damage waiver option will not be available.
