Nice property, but the basics could be better.

The location was good as it was a few minutes walk to the main area and 15 minutes to the beach. The pool area and terrace was good and enjoyable for us.

− The was no cleaning products at all in the property. We had to buy hand wash, dish soap and antibacterial spray and cloths. This is extremely poor comparison to other properties we’ve stopped in. The air conditioning leaked water all over the floor. After reporting this, we were told to turn the temperature up. This would then not cool to the desired temperature.

Literally any other place in Peyia would be better than this. Avoid it like the plague!

The location was pretty good

− The pool was dirty - hair and ants, even a lizard! The pool cleaners came once only during our five day stay and we barely used the pool because of it. The filter was clogged with dead ants. The beds were very uncomfortable. The air-conditioner in the main bedroom didn't work well enough to cool the room. The couches were so uncomfortable we sat on the floor! The internet kept cutting out due to a faulty router connection and the tv had no reception or netflix. The amount of other people’s hair in and around the pool was nightmarish. The black mould in the showers was scary! There was no toilet paper, no soap, no coffee or milk or any other minimal welcome package type items you’d expect at this price range.

Could be a lovely villa just needs some time and money spending on it. Be prepared to be woken at 6.30 when works start

Size, number of bathrooms, pool size was good and location to coral Bay strip

− Building works next door- been ongoing for months so not new, not advised on advert. Gardens needed tidying, pool surround concrete was breaking up. No tables around pool, iron provided but no ironing board, washing machine provided but no clothes maiden, lack of cooking equipment ( no pans)

The location

− The villa looks better in pictures,there was zero attention to details. The dishwasher had no dishwashing soap, and the washing machine not even one pod. Even if it is a “self-service” apartment, I would expect the villa to be prepared for use at least for the first few days. We also forgot the key inside the house, and the response was very slow (we received no help). In the end, we managed to get inside by ourselves.

We had an amazing vacation! The villa was spotless, with a great pool and outdoor area. The proximity to the beach made it easy to enjoy the sun and sea every day. The hosts were friendly and responsive, making our stay effortless.
