9.0I liked the location and the size of the rooms. This is a good option if you are hardly planning to stay in the room
− Room service can be better and the stairs were sort of steep and narrow but for those who can use the elevator this doesn't seem to be an issue

7.0The hotel was good, but cleanliness needs more attention and the staff service can be improved. The bathroom was not satisfactory, and for hot water I had to call the reception every time, which took more than 30 minutes. There was also no complimentary water bottle in the room, which is a basic facility. On the positive side, the hotel owner is a very nice and cooperative person, and his response was always good. Because of this, I may consider staying here again in the future.
