Nice location but poor facilities

− Poor facilities: no WiFi, no front door key, no cleaning materials at all, soap dish in bathroom was old, soap dish was dirty. Decor in the cottage was very dated. Garden had no furniture and the grass was cut but the cuttings were not collected so we ended up bringing in grass into the house each time we either entered the house or used the garden. There was also no "welcome " no tea, sugar, milk, nothing!
