10.0Very nice place. Had a couple of problems and they were fixed very fast. Lovre the place and will being there again.
Would definitely stay again once construction is complete.
8.0The property was very clean and secure. We had a beautiful view of the water and loved the pools. They are a bit strict about things like music at the pool, but we were not bothered by that. Our condo was comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook breakfast every morning, etc. I would definitely stay there again! Also loved the balcony.
− The street in front of the property was a mess. While the location was convenient to restaurants and the grocery store, the street was not pedestrian friendly due to ongoing construction. Also- many tour buses use the street as a parking spot, which is strange. There were many cars parked, which I assume belonged to the construction workers. It wasn’t particularly walkable and when it rained, got very muddy. There were random people camped out on the street too, which was strange. I expect this will change as the larger tower is completed and construction is done. It’s unfortunate that this put a bit of a damper on the stay because every time we wanted to leave we had to navigate this. Our Uber drivers also had to do the same and several commented on how messy the street was. Fortunately the construction did not disrupt any other part of our stay at all!

− The hot water was inconsistent at times in one of the two showers. It was hot in the other and in the kitchen sink.

10.0Beautiful property well located and the unit itself was exceptional! Stocked with everything one could need and more! Prompt response from host. Will definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again!
− They are building a new tower next door so there is construction but really was not a big deal.
Impressed by our host's quick responses whenever we needed assistance, and enjoyed the pools.
7.0The pools were fantastic!
− The constant construction noise was quite disappointing. Initially, I overlooked the mention of construction in the ad. However, once I learned about the scheduled hours, I had no choice but to accept them due to my non-refundable reservation. Unfortunately, the reality was far from what was advertised. Throughout my nine-night stay, construction extended well beyond the stated hours and even occurred on days when it was supposed to be halted. Despite my attempts to plan outdoor activities during the specified construction hours, the noise would start early in the morning and last later than expected in the evening, causing my family and I to get headaches and diminishing our overall experience.
