7.0La posizione era buona, l'appartamento luminoso e confortevole.
− l'unico neo, le scale interne, specialmente per andare in bagno, non erano comode la notte.
Die Wohnung ist das Geld nicht wert.
2.0Die Lage ist ruhig, ein großer Strand in der Nähe, der nicht übervölkert war. Supermärkte in der Nähe.
− Die Wohnung entsprach nicht den Bildern und der Beschreibung auf der Webseite. Die Ausstattung war mehr als spärlich, die Spülmaschine eine Farce. Entweder jeden Tag spülen oder täglich die Spülmaschine laufen lassen. Kaum Geschirr, kaum Besteck, noch nicht einmal normale Trinkgläser. Matratzen zerfetzt und durchgelegen. Schränke schmutzig, rostiges Küchenequipment in den Schubladen. Eine Herdplatte defekt, Deckenlampen im SZ defekt, Kühlschrank extrem laut, Fernsehen über Internet konnte kaum geguckt werden. Schloss und Schlüssel rostig, so dass man die Wohnung nicht abschliessen konnte. Insgesamt total verwohnt. Balkonmöbel rostig.
