9.0− En arribar, vaig trucar diverses vegades al telèfon mòbil de contacte que faciliten per si els clients necessiten qualsevol cosa, però no vaig obtenir resposta en cap moment. Em va semblar una manca d’atenció, sobretot tenint en compte que és el número que indiquen per resoldre incidències o dubtes. Si s’ofereix un telèfon d’assistència, és raonable esperar que algú l’atengui.

5.0L’appartement était propre lumineux et comfortable.
− Malheureusement l’appartement est très mal isolé ce qui fait que nous entendions beaucoup les bruits et les voies du voisinage ce qui nous a poussé à quitter le logement une nuit plus tôt.
