Would probably stay somewhere else next time.
7.0I like that we were on the first floor and had beautiful ocean views. Also, the customer service was outstanding, everybody was very kind and helpful.
− You could not access the water from the hotel because they’re jellyfish in the water. Also, the people upstairs have the entire floor and they had a dog that barked all night.

10.0The ladies in the office were exceptional at taking care of us! Ileny and Rebecca couldn't have done any better. The pictures were accurate and the place was very clean. Honestly, the people running the place are what made everything so wonderful.
