3.0− Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war schlecht. Das Badezimmer war jedes Mal überflutet, wenn man geduscht hat, da es keine Dusche, sondern nur einen Abfluss gab. Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert, die Ventilatoren waren sehr alt. Es war sehr heiß in der Wohnung. Im Somner ist es nicht zu empfehlen, da es keine Klimaanlage gibt.

7.0La casa è situata nel centro storico di Rio Marina zona pedonale, per arrivare in casa bisogna fare 100 scalini. Ottime le uscite serali. Cucina provvista di lavastoviglie.
− In bagno manca un piatto doccia, per cui si allaga sempre tutto. Basterebbe un profilo attaccato al pavimento per ridurre la fuoriuscita d'acqua. Inoltre al nostro arrivo era rotto il portadoccino, mai aggiustato e la luce in sala da pranzo, abbiamo cenato per una settimana al buio completo, prima che qualcuno venisse a ripararla. Inoltre gli armadi erano pieni di coperte e lenzuola. Poco spazio a disposizione per i propri vestiti. Per finire abbiamo ritirato le chiavi in agenzia a Portoferraio, ci hanno spiegato nei dettagli la raccolta differenziata ma nessuna parola su come arrivare e trovar casa. Arrivati sul luogo e non riuscendo a trovarla, abbiamo scoperto che avevano inviato delle istruzioni e dei video. Sarebbe auspicabile due parole anche su come arrivare.
