2.0It was not a good experience. Accessing the facility, the stress made it difficult to see any positives. The representative spoke to me as if he was doing me a favour and was not helpful when I needed parking information. I tried to cancel, and they refused. In summary, the property is too expensive for the experience; it is not value for money.
