Great property in excellent location with parking
10.0right in the town, shops and restaurants are less than 2 minutes away. Great Cocktail bar on the corner just 1 minute walk away, and also a brilliant Italian restaurant next door. Also, the park was just a couple of minutes away, and the seafront is only 5 minutes away.

9.0Excellent location - so close to shops and seafront. The house met our expectations and had all the facilities we needed for our stay. Good communication from host who was always quick to answer any queries we had.

Close to all amenities, clean and tidy - a good choice for a short stay.
8.0A five minute walk to the seafront, The Old Laundry is also conveniently located for shops, restaurants and bars which are all walkable from the property. Waitrose supermarket is close-by and also reachable by foot. We found the property to be clean, quiet and well equipped eg it has a tumble dryer, washing machine and dishwasher. The house, located on a cul-de-sac, felt secure and, although located in amongst other properties, never suffered from being overlooked during our 5 night stay. Parking is also available, either close to the property in a resident’s bay by prior arrangement, or in a multi-storey car park that can be accessed close to the house. There are a number of loading bays in front of The Old Laundry, which should be avoided. The two storey, two bedroom house doesn’t have a toilet on the first floor and the stairs are steep and there is no handrail, which might be a consideration for some people. We are very fussy about pillows and found the ones provided uncomfortable, but that might not be an issue for most people. All of the amenities were in good working order and we would suggest that, with the caveats above, if you were looking for a place to stay near Worthing seafront that is well served, The Old Laundry would be a good choice.
− If you are looking for a property with a scenic view, this is not the place for you, but we found it very convenient as a refuge at the start and end of the day.
