5.0L'emplacement, proche du centre, la facilité de stationnement, l'agencement de l'appartement, salon coté rue, chambre coté cour, cuisine plutôt bien équipée.
− La télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, abonnement pour IPTV expiré depuis 08/11/2025, sur-matelas sur les lits usés, creux, frigidaire totalement givré, porte de douche démontée, posée contre le mur dans la cuisine, remplacé par un rideau souple qui colle bien à la peau, VMC dans la douche très sale, grande horloge qui ne fonctionne plus faute de pile, et surtout les voisins d'au-dessus qui se lèvent à 07h00 du matin et rentre à 23h00 du soir et qui font craquer le plancher très bruyamment, ce n'est pas de leur faute la structure de l'immeuble est en bois et probablement nous avons gêné les voisins d'en-dessous. 9.0Appartamento piuttosto confortevole con facilità di accesso grazie al self check-in. La posizione è un po' periferica, ma in un ambiente tranquillo e con facilità di parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze. Consigliabile.
