Great location, and owner was so nice and helpful and was giving beautiful dinner recommendations and was willing to make us reservations , there was an equipped mini kitchen, washer , drying rack , hand held steamer, and hair dryer The air conditioner started dripping and sink started leaking, and the owner immediately sent a repairman the following day

− Please read to the end. The main problem was cleanliness. The carpets needed washing, there was dust in many corners, and hair clippings in the bathroom cabinets. The bed sheets had a few holes, and the bedroom smelled musty. When we sat on the sofa, there were food crumbs. At night, I saw what looked like German roaches. But the biggest issue was bed bugs. At first, we thought the bites were from mosquitoes since it was our first time dealing with them. I later noticed ink-like spots on the sheets and then the bite marks started to appear.

The unit is quite small, especially the bathroom. But the location is phenomenal. It’s perfect if you want to be close to St. Peter’s and the Vatican. It’s also just up from the main bus routes and restaurants are around the corner.

Vatican place

This place is small but compact, clean and the location is perfectly located near the Vatican. The host was so friendly, accommodating, very responsive, and helped us navigate our surroundings. She gave us a bottle of wine towards the end of our stay. It is handicapped friendly.

− It had basically limited supplies of condimentand juice or water at least as it was very hot on our arrival. There was no coffee at all. We stayed out for 2.5 hrs outside the apartment in the heat waiting for a repairman to fix the locked door one afternoon. Nevertheless our host was gracious to send somebody to fix the door however he came with no gadgets and it took him several hrs before finally opened the door. You can't use simultaneously the aircon and the washing machine, so never used it

The apartment is super clean, has everything you need, and the view is absolutely beautiful. Even though it’s really close to busy streets and great restaurants, it’s surprisingly quiet. The best part, though, is how kind and helpful the host is—Flor really made the stay great.

Fabulous apartment within walking distance of attractions

Fantastic location just a few minutes from St Peters Basilica. We took the train (1 euro!!) from Termini to St Pietro and it was just a 8-9 minute walk to the property. Excellent communication from Flor, responsive to queries, and warm and friendly. Everything you could need in the apartment. Warm and cosy, comfortable bed, great kitchen facilities. A walk up the side to Janiculum Hill and the monument to Garibaldi is a must - panoramic views of the city. We visited St Peters opting for the free visit as there are so many beautiful Renaissance churches to see in Rome - which we prefer. Although lots of noise during the day (to be expected in the middle of a large city) it was very peaceful at night. A great base to explore the beautiful city.
