10.0La ubicación, es un barrio tranquilo y residencial. Los aires funcionan bien y todo está muy ordenado. En general todo me gustó.
− Me gustaría que ajustaran un poco el seguro de la ventana. No es de qué preocuparse, pero es lo único que cambiaría.

9.0La relacion calidad precio es adecuada, la facilidad en la comunicacion y el parqueadero si bien no tiene puerta, deja al carro independiente, el anfitrion es muy cortez, las habitaciones son comodas y cada una tiene aire acondicionado.
− la infraestructura esta deteriorada, las paredes tienen varias humedades, hace mucho calor en los pasillos, se escucha el ruido del vecino, el parqueadero esta abierto (aunque el anfitrion indica que la zona es muy segura)
