I was traveling across Spain on my honeymoon. We booked all of our accommodations through booking, more or lees all of them in the same price range. We were very satisfied in some locations, and less so in others, but overall no complains. Until we arrived at Pensión Acabá... The place was deserted and the check-in is done through whtsapp messaging. Ok, no problem. We get to the room, and it is so hot that it is impossible for a human to stay. I turn around looking for AC, nothing. A fan, nothing. I contact the person in charge of check-in in WhatsApp to let her know that this is not possible, that the room is not fit to host a human. She says she cannot do nothing about it and I should cancel with the direction, not through her. I look around and I see dead animals in the room. Two wasps, crispified and dead of heat exposure. Looking more in detail we realize that the room is obviously not so clean. We left immediately, before using any of the services and even before the official time of check-in. I filed a cancellation request explaining all of the problems. Nobody cares. Not the owner (she said talk to the agency that manages the apartment) Not the person who does the check-in ((she said talk to the agency that manages the apartment) Not the agency that manages the apartment (they do not reply) Not even BOOKING. They said they cannot refund and obviously, if you are reading this review, the will continue to offer this accommodation in their catalogue. This is appalling. It should not be allowed to have this level of disservice and borderline fraud. I am very upset and a little bit shocked. I book between 10 and 20 accommodations every year through booking and I am supposedly a Level 3 VIP customer, but when you actually need help nobody seems to care or respect basic standards. If this were a place in my city, I could easily send an inspection for hygiene and make them close down. Stay at your own risk. And know who you are dealing with. Best A.

Se puede aparcar

− Poca privacidad. Se sale el agua de la ducha e inunda todo el baño. No hay limpieza ni cambio de sabanas ni toallas

Estaba limpio y la cama era cómoda ,todo lo demás un desastre, habitación sin cortinas y delante de la puerta principal, con una calor que hacía sin aire acondicionado y imposible abrir la ventana porque te veían desde fuera, la ducha un desastre, primero salía mucho aire y cuando salía el agua todo el baño se lleno de agua hasta salir a la habitación y lo peor lo poco serios que son, llamė para quejarme y acordemos dejar las habitaciones al día siguiente y nos dijeron que nos cobrarían solo esa noche y el resto nos devolverían el dinero (ya que nos fuimos porque no voy a quedarme a dormir en un sitio donde o me cierro herméticamente o todo el mundo me ve en la cama desde fuera) y a la hora de la verdad no nos han devuelto nada todo y hacer la reclamación a Booking como me indicaron al día siguiente, no me gusta que me engañen así, hay que ser más serio

Tenía una doble y nos dieron una triple. Las camas eran cómodas. Poder aparcar dentro. Habitación amplia. Sanitarios nuevos.

− El baño, la puerta no sé podía mover, por tanto, no sé podía cerrar. El velux del baño, no sé podía cerrar la cortina; con la puerta sin poder cerrar, y al velux no poder echarle la cortina, en cuanto amanecía, ya entraba luz. El tamaño del baño, de ancho era un pasillo. El lavabo, minúsculo. Le faltaba algo más de limpieza. La cocina olía mal, por lo que siempre tenía que estar la ventana abierta.
