Dreamy house with modern fixtures and a great breakfast!
10.0Clive was a great host and showed us around before settling us down in our room. He even gave us his honest dining recommendations around the area. The entire place was stunning and we look forward to staying again but for longer so we can fully enjoy the shared spaces and beautiful back garden. Even though the house dates back to the 1860's, the room stayed warm because of the double glazed windows and central heating. When we woke up, we were greeted to freshly made bread and pastries in the dining room with coffee.
− There aren't any blockout curtains so if bring an eye mask if you want to sleep in! We wake up fairly early so didn't really mind plus it would've taken away from how beautiful the room looked.
